It's an excellent base for exploring the tourist places in Launceston. The setting is peaceful and ideal, just a short walk to the fields behind Launceston and the pub. It met my requirements, and I would definitely come here again and recommend it.

Stayed here with my family and overall loved this apartment. The host made my stay comfortable. Featured an electric kettle, a refrigerator and central heating, the rooms were immaculate and spotless. Had a bath. In my opinion full English breakfast was sensational.

We had an amazing stay at the farm! The friendly landlady allowed us to check-in early and even provided snacks, bedtime books, and toys for our little girl. The room was clean and smelled lovely, and there were complimentary bottles of wine and fresh milk in the fridge. The farmhouse had lots of character and the room was spacious and comfortable. The host, Julie, was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, even offering to book a nearby restaurant for us. The location was convenient and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful farmland. We also loved the friendly dogs and other animals on the property. a fantastic experience with great value for money.
Felt safe, no complaint.

Julie, the host, was warm and cute. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the mini fridge in the room, very convenient. The full English breakfast was really good, with delicious golden eggs from the farm. The location of the farm was perfect for those seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway. I enjoyed the tranquil rural surroundings and the absence of street lights and noise. Julie's hospitality made me feel right at home. The friendly dogs, Elly and Gunner, added to the warm and cute atmosphere. I highly recommend Sycamore Farm for a nice stay!
